Yoga Teachers of Colorado is a professional association
providing fellowship for Yoga teachers and practitioners. Our goal is to disseminate information, provide education, lobby and inform the public about Yoga. YTOC is open to all Yoga practitioners and offers many benefits.
AcroYoga is yoga with the fun spin of acrobatics mixed in. Graceful, fun and not as hard as it looks,
AcroYoga is a great way to be creative with your yoga practice. This workshop touches upon all the
disciplines that AcroYoga offers, combining yoga, acrobatics and Thai Massage. With the ease, comfort and the support of a partner, AcroYoga brings individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each other and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true Self can be realized, honored and shared for the benefit of all. Students are requested to have familiarity with yoga. No partner necessary! Phil Gust has been exploring the various paths of yoga for many years and continues to explore different physical forms of yoga. He has found immense joy in practicing and teaching AcroYoga because of the community that it promotes. The support of this community cultivates courage, trust and communication, all of which allow for a much deeper opening on many different levels. Phil has learned this first hand, as AcroYoga has been a most powerful tool for teaching Phil how to apply what he’s learned on the mat in his every day life. Free to YTOC Members. Non-Members $20. 2008 UPCOMING PROGRAMS
