This MESSAGE BOARD is only for the benefit of our members to list their substitute teacher availability and for studios to place ads for yoga instructors. Please limit your listing to website@ytoc.org and limit your posting to 30 words. Thank you for your consideration.
Standley Lake High School Yoga Club is looking for Yoga Teachers. Here are the details we received from the clubs co-president, Jordin Clark. Students range in age anywhere from 15-18 years old, with a few faculty members involved as well. The number of students per week varies from anywhere between 5 and 20. They are open to all types of yoga and are willing and excited to try new things. The students involved love being there and are extremely teachable. The club meets every Friday at 3:00pm at the school (9300 W 104th Ave, Westminster). There is some flexibility in start and end time for classes and they have yoga mats and blocks. They are wanting to start classes as soon as possible and will go until mid May. Since this is a student led club their budget is extremely low so they are hoping to get yoga instructors who are willing to donate some if not all of their time. Centennial Taekwon-Do in the Centennial/Parker area has a 2200 space foot space available for lease for yoga classes. They have been teaching martial arts in the Denver area since 1990. The space is available Monday – Friday anytime before 5 pm when their classes begin.
