The focus on this retreat is Mindfulness – in body, mind and

away from the hustle and bustle of life to begin to hear the voice
of your spirit. An intention to access your own inner voice and a
willingness to open your heart are possible criteria for this retreat.
We will limit our retreat to 8 people. This retreat will emphasize
“being” rather than “doing”, so all yoga, meditation and breathing
practices will be slow, internally focused and mindful. This is not
a posture clinic, but a weekend to bring yoga to every aspect of your
being. Call for dates.
Victoria
is available to travel to your location to create a custom retreat or
training. Please call for details.
