She adapts yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health conditions. individually tailoring protocols to address health challenges, respecting the client’s level of physical ability and lifestyle. She uses a holistic approach & alternative treatment that help reduce symptoms, manage pain, restore balance, increase strength, improve emotional resiliency & expand personal awareness. Michelle adapts smooth yet powerful techniques such as movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation for her clients to explore and to connect with their true Self. Each session is a mindful practice grounded in postural alignment with a deep connection to the wisdom of the heart. Michelle is also a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and is currently enrolled in her 4th year Yoga Therapy study program that adapts the application of ancient yoga to today’s health concept. She offers small group classes, and works privately with clients to help them manage their health conditions.
