This day long Meditation Intensive will include several briefly guided meditations, both seated and walking, throughout the day. Its particular focus will be on using mudras and drishtis. Beginners are encouraged, and all are welcome to attend. There will be chairs available to sit on as well as cushions. Lunch will be from approximately 12:30-1:30pm. Plan to bring a sack lunch and leave your mobile devices at home, or plan to completely power down your device for the day. If you must use a mobile device during breaks or lunch, we request that you do so outside of the studio. The benefits from “unplugging” yourself in combination with meditation are immense. This day is an opportunity to “reset” your mind and connect to what is truly important to you in your life. The day will be spent in silence with the exception of a few readings and guided mantra repetition.
